Expert workshops are created in collaboration with the expert partners of ICT. The purpose of an expert workshop is to enhance members’ case-solving skills through a challenging case presented by the expert partner.
For instance, an expert partner, such as Bain & Company, could present its approach called Answer First after which the members must solve a given case by the use of this tool. At the end of the workshop, teams will present their solutions to the given case and get feedback on how the case was solved with a specific focus on the case-solving technique.

For instance, an expert partner, such as Energinet, could give a presentation about the energy industry afterwards, the members must solve a case by using these given industry insights. At the end of the workshop, teams will present their solutions to the given case and get feedback based on how well the group understood the industry.
